We do not guarantee the constant availability of this service. We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time without giving reasons.

§ 3 - Exclusion of Liability
We assume no liability for any damages, except for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. We do not guarantee error-free functionality. The service is and remains free of charge. However, we would like to point out that using the visitor exchange may result in increased traffic volume, which may incur additional costs depending on the provider. We are not liable for these costs.
